About the Role
Serve as a strategic technology leader for our clients on a fractional basis. You'll partner with business owners and executive teams to align IT strategy with business goals, oversee technology roadmaps, and guide critical decisions — without the overhead of a full-time C-suite hire.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligned with client business objectives
Evaluate and recommend technology investments, vendors, and architecture decisions
Lead digital transformation initiatives and cloud migration strategies
Assess cybersecurity posture and ensure compliance with industry regulations
Mentor internal IT teams and establish best practices for development and operations
Present technology strategy updates to executive leadership and boards
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including CTO, VP of Engineering, or IT Director roles
Proven track record of aligning technology strategy with business growth
Deep expertise across cloud platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise architecture
Experience advising small-to-mid-size businesses on technology decisions
Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation skills
Industry certifications (CISSP, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL) preferred
